MEMBERSHIP and TICKETS

LUDUS events are exclusive to members only. We work with a name based guest list.

One single ticket can be purchased per member. This ticket is not transferable to third parties. In case you bought a ticket but you can not attend the event, LUDUS will allow you to use that ticket for the next upcoming party. We do not give refunds.

 

When applying for a LUDUS membership, data must be filled in truthfully with real and recognisable photos. The organisation has the right to refuse registration if incomplete or false information is provided. This is why it is required to have a LUDUS member reference, which we will always check to confirm your identity.

 

If false profiles are discovered after granting membership, your membership will be revoked immediately and future membership applications will be refused. If members have purchased tickets with a false profile, these tickets - just as their membership - will be cancelled without refund.

 

Submitting your membership application does not guarantee entry to the LUDUS community. The organization is free to grant, or not to grant, a LUDUS membership and is not obligated to state any reason for refusal. Nonetheless, you will receive a message regarding the status of your application as soon as a decision has been made.

TICKET REFUNDS

If you bought a ticket but are not able to attend the event, LUDUS will allow you to use that ticket for the next upcoming party. We do not give refunds.

 

If for whatever reason the organization eliminates your membership, any purchased tickets up to that point will also not be refunded.

 

 

LOST and DAMAGED

Entering the events is always at your own risk. 

The organization cannot be held liable for damage in any form whatsoever. If materials owned by the venue or LUDUS are damaged or destroyed, the visitor is liable for repair or compensation.

The organization cannot be held responsible for lost items and/or damage to jackets, bags and other forms of clothing.

FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES

The organization reserves the right to refuse and/or remove anyone who misbehaves and/or breaks any of the house rules. You can also be denied access to all subsequent parties and have your membership eliminated. Refund of the ticket is not possible.

 

At every LUDUS event, the doors close at 11.11 PM. If you are not inside before that time, you will have to pay a cash fee as punishment at the door in order to be granted entry.

PHOTOS

Upon entering, you are asked to put your phone away. The use of phones is strictly prohibited throughout the entire night.
To be able to still capture the night, the organization will provide disposable cameras.
Be respectful of people their personal space while taking photos.

 

As a member you agree that the photos taken at LUDUS events will be placed on the protected part of the website and our private Instagram account. However, is there a photo of you that you disagree with? Then a request can be submitted to have the photo removed or your face scratched out. The organization will always respect this.

 

As a member you are free to use the photos of yourself as you please, but only if everyone on that photo has given you their explicit consent. If the organization finds out you shared photos of the event without consent, your membership will be eliminated. Tickets that have been bought up to that point will not be refunded.

PERSONAL DATA

By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree that LUDUS may use the personal information provided for sending emails for promotional and/or informational purposes strictly related to LUDUS events and community.

 

LUDUS processes the personal data as you provide it to us yourself - by filling in our application form for example. We process your data depending on the fields you have entered.

 

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by LUDUS.
